Description
I have reason to be proud of this work: It won me a stash of MegaMan StarForce 3 loot!
In 2009, MegaMan Network held a summer themed art contest. The prize was a copy of the MegaMan StarForce 3 DS game (whichever version you wanted; I chose Black Ace), a StarForce 3 poster, a special DS case, and -this is the real kicker for an artist- a copy of Shooting Star Rockman Official Complete Works. I was very lucky to win the contest, as there were many excellent entries.
Looking at this image now, I see some of my blaring flaws. But I'm not about to even contemplate fixing them. This image took me a solid work-week of work to complete; working at least 6 hours each day for five days straight. It was very exhausting work, but I learned a few tricks along the way, like how to use GIMP's path tool.
This artwork took the combined effort of GIMPshop, PhotoShop Elements, and Painter X to finish. Do you think it was worth it?

This is pretty good, the details such as the building to the fight itself (I like how you kept the red and blue colours for the panels).
